VETERAN-OWNED
TX LEVEL 1-4 COMMISSIONED
BUILT FOR SMALL TX FIRMS

A 30-guard firm typically eats $15-40k/yr in avoidable waste.

Most of it slips through because nobody has time to watch every cert, every renewal, every inbound lead. Here's where it goes.

01 — Lapsed Credentials

Guards can't work post

One missed renewal — Level 4, weapon qual, CPR, in-service — and the guard's locked out. Lost shift. Risk of losing the whole contract.

$200-800 per missed shift
02 — Missed Calls

Inbound leads disappear

Owner's in the field. Phone rings. Nobody answers. Prospect calls the next firm on Google. That's a $5-20k contract you'll never see.

20-30% of inbound, gone
03 — Compliance Fines

DPS doesn't forgive

Scheduling an expired guard, missing post orders, audit gaps — TX DPS hits you per violation. Real money, fast.

$500-5,000 per fine
04 — Admin Drag

You're the bottleneck

2-4 hours a week tracking renewals on a spreadsheet. That's time not spent winning new contracts or running your team.

~$5-10k/yr in your time

Operations that run themselves.

Three core systems, integrated. Setup in 5-7 days. After that, it runs without you touching it.

L

License & Cert Tracker

Every guard's licenses, weapon quals, CPR, in-service, insurance — tracked. Auto-alerts at 90, 60, 30, 7 days out to the guard, supervisor, and you. Weekly digest of everything coming up. Nothing slips.

R

AI Receptionist

Catches every inbound call — after-hours, weekends, while you're on post. Qualifies the prospect, books them on your calendar, sends you a summary. Stop losing contracts to missed rings.

W

Lead & Client Workflows

Website inquiries auto-qualified and routed. Client onboarding automated. Incident reports drafted and sent. Renewal reminders to clients. The admin you keep meaning to systematize, done.

Built by someone who knows the industry.

VET

Army Infantry

I get how operators think. No tech-bro pitch deck.

TX Commissioned

Level 1-4 commissioned. I speak the language.

EP

Former EP Agent

I know what your guards face on post.

Simple. Three steps.

1

Free 15-minute audit call

We talk through your current setup — how you track licenses, handle inbound, manage shifts. I show you 3-5 places automation pays for itself. No pitch deck. No pressure.

2

Setup in 5-7 days

If we move forward, I build your system. Import your guard roster, configure alerts, set up the receptionist. You get a custom dashboard. We do a 30-min walkthrough so you and your supervisor know how it works.

3

It runs itself

You touch it when you hire a new guard or after a renewal. 5 minutes a week. The system handles the rest, forever. I'm there when you need updates or expansions.

Quick answers.

Why can't I just use TOPS to check licenses?
TOPS is a lookup tool — you check it manually, one license at a time. It doesn't push notifications, doesn't text the guard, doesn't track weapon quals, CPR, or in-service training. Most missed renewals aren't the DPS license — they're the 5-7 other certs per guard that TOPS doesn't even know about. We track everything, alert everyone, and you never check TOPS again.
How long does setup actually take?
5-7 days from contract signed to live system. We do a 30-minute kickoff call to import your guard roster, then I build your system. You and your supervisor get a 30-min training walkthrough. You're up and running by end of week one.
What if a guard ignores the alerts?
The system escalates automatically. 90 days out, guard gets a heads-up email. 30 days, SMS to guard and email to supervisor. 7 days, supervisor gets an SMS and owner gets an email. 1 day, everyone gets a text. By design, somebody is going to act before it lapses.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. You and your supervisor see a clean dashboard in any browser. The only "input" you do is when a new guard is hired or after a renewal — takes 30 seconds. The rest runs without you. If anything breaks, that's on me.
What about my guard's data? Is it secure?
Your data lives in your own dedicated database. Not shared, not aggregated, not sold. You can export everything to a spreadsheet anytime. We sign a basic Master Services Agreement plus a Data Processing Addendum so it's spelled out in writing.
What if I want to cancel?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We export your data to you, shut down the system, no charges after the notice period. No long contracts, no penalties.
Are you actually a security guy or a tech sales guy?
Security guy who learned to build software. Army infantry vet, TX Level 1-4 commissioned, former EP agent. I built this because I lived the problem. If you're skeptical, the free audit costs you 15 minutes — judge for yourself.
Why should I trust a new company?
Fair question. Founding-client pricing exists for exactly this reason — first 5 firms get 50% off in exchange for a testimonial when it's working. You take less financial risk, I get the proof I need. After that, pricing goes up and the founding spots are gone.

15 minutes. No pitch. Just answers.

Tell me about your firm. I'll show you exactly where automation would save you time and revenue. If it's a fit, we move forward. If not, you keep the report.
